MSP HISTORY Siberia, (Russia) has an average temperature of minus 40 degrees Celsius. This causes cold start problems for military vehicles such as tanks.

At such extreme temperatures, the engine oil freezes up into starch-like consistency. After treatment with MSP, these vehicles are able to start even without a single drop of engine oil being pumped into the system. When the engine has been sufficiently heated, the engine oil will then be able to flow into the engine. The scientists who invented MSP went to the United States in 1990 to further improve the formula.

MSP was commercially available from 1994, starting in the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

In 2003, the manufacturer and partners set up MSP Marketing HQ in Singapore to market MSP worldwide. Since then MSP has now expanded successfully and is used by large corporations commercially in several countries. MSP have also been introduced to several countries' Military Services in Asia and is now accepted for trials and has progressed to its testing stages.

At this point in time; MSP is available in:
Australia, Austria, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Philippines, Romania, Singapore & Thailand. Several other countries are in the set-up stages.
